About TUYZE

Turkish Health Data Research and Artificial Intelligence Applications Institute (TUYZE) was established on 12.12.2019 within the scope of Health Institutes of Turkey (TUSEB).

The purpose of the Institute is to develop advanced methods, technologies and value-added products for solving health problems and increasing the efficiency of health services by conducting innovative research activities within the framework of health data research and artificial intelligence applications, to provide courses to train competent human resources in the field of data science and artificial intelligence, to carry out domestic and international cooperation and to carry out the necessary research, training, organization and coordination studies for the creation of our country's digital health ecosystem.
 

Vision
To ensure the organization of health data to increase the efficiency of health services and improve public health, and to create the digital health ecosystem of our country by integrating artificial intelligence technologies, wearable sensors, smart medical devices and robotic systems into diagnosis and treatment processes.

Mission
Conducting basic and applied scientific research in the fields of health data research and artificial intelligence applications, establishing research centres and supporting existing ones in this context, increasing product-oriented research and development activities by encouraging public and private sector cooperation, and developing the digital health ecosystem in our country by funding innovative studies.
